Products are new, unopened, and in original manufacturer packaging.
Bottles are sealed as provided by the producer.

We do not guarantee flavor profile, batch consistency, or suitability for individual taste preferences.
Variations in color, aroma, or taste between batches, barrels, or production lots are natural characteristics of bourbon and do not constitute defects.

Bodensatz is not the manufacturer of the products offered for sale. Any claims regarding production methods, aging processes, or formulation are the responsibility of the producing distillery.

5. Damage in Transit or Incorrect Orders
If a product arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received, customers must notify Bodensatz within the timeframe outlined in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Supporting documentation, including photographs of packaging and product condition, may be required to evaluate the claim.
Failure to report damage within the stated timeframe may limit available remedies to the extent permitted by law.
6. Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
Damage occurring after delivery
Improper storage or handling by the customer
Opened or partially consumed products
Issues related to taste preference
Minor cosmetic packaging variations that do not affect product integrity
