Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 10 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened and in its original condition.

• The bottle must remain sealed with all original packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned unless required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

Bodensatz provides return shipping at no cost to the customer for eligible approved returns. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, instructions will be provided.

Customers should not ship items back without prior authorization.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

• Opened or altered products

• Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

• Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked as such at purchase)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
